Terms of Services
• I. Payment is 100% upfront after sketch is approved (accepting PayPal and Ko-Fi).
• II. Personal Use. If Commercial Use, will charge 75% of base price.
• III. I have set prices BUT I might charge higher based on complexity (background, clothing details, posing). I will always ask for your agreement on the extra fee.
• IV. I do not work with refunds.
• V. Let me know the expected deadline! I do guarantee efficiency but keep in mind: we all have problems suddenly coming up to us, if I have any issues I will always let you know. If I don’t manage to finish by the deadline, do bear with me, I will be working on providing the best I can for your satisfaction.
• VI. Once the piece is completed, the full image will be sent without the watermark (only with my signature) through email for a better resolution!
• VII. If Personal Use: you may use the commissioned art as you please but reselling, claiming as yours. If you upload do give proper credits. If Commercial Use: do reserve my rights of the art piece.
• VIII. I, Paradisha, have the right to decline your commission request for whatever reason.
• IX. I, Paradisha, have the right to use your watermarked version of the commission as part of my portifolio/to post on my social media.
• X. I, Paradisha, guarantee responsibility with my job.
Do’s & Do Not’s
• DO’S: anime style with slight realism, male and female characters, complex posing, slight furry, character designing, character sheet, angled positions, fanarts, icons, portraits, bust-ups, full bodies…
• DO NOT’S: NSFW, mecha, backgrounds, furry, anything that may imply hate speech or that may offend anyone…
• Main Weakness: Backgrounds. I do not study backgrounds yet, I am not good at it in any way.
• Note: Overly-detailed clothing may also be hard for me to pull off because of the program I am currently using and lack of practice.
